ABOUT MY WORK:
I am a proud third generation Torontonian and I have always enjoyed the Annex neighbourhood. That is why I decided to start my practice in this community over 35 years ago, in 1989. Within a few years, I became very interested in pain disorders and started taking numerous courses to understand the origins and treatment of facial pain. I am constantly educating myself in all aspects of dentistry, but I have a special interest in:
I have completed extensive post-graduate study under many of the world's foremosT TMJ experts. I focus on the alignment of teeth and jaw joints as an integral part of whole body structure and balance. The goal of TMJ treatment at our office is to determine the root cause of the problem and treat it accordingly. This is a multi-clinician team approach to working with patients to achieve maximum medical improvement. This allows me to collaborate with osteopaths, chiropractors, medical doctors, naturopaths, homeopaths, acupuncturists, and many others in health care. At our office you will find some of the most advanced computerized equipment to help diagnose TMJ and craniofacial pain disorders.
OUTSIDE OF THE CLINIC
I have been back packing around the world since the 1970s. Angkor Wat in Cambodia and Petra in Jordan are among some of my favourite places that I have visited. I enjoy cooking, playing sports and keeping up with current world affairs. I have been married to my wonderful wife since 2004 and have 2 great kids. I am hoping to obtain my scuba diving certification my family this year.
