CEREC® & Primeprint

Same-day Restorations With Digital Precision
CEREC (Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics) allows dentists to create and place high-quality, permanent dental crowns, veneers, or inlays in one single visit.
The primary benefits to patients include saving time with no need for multiple appointments, eliminating uncomfortable, “gooey” traditional impressions in favour of fast digital scans, and removing the need for temporary crowns.
Key Advantages for Patients:
Same-Day Convenience
The entire process—scanning, design, and milling—happens in one appointment (usually 2–3 hours), eliminating the need for a second visit and days off work.
No Temporary Crowns
Because the permanent restoration is placed immediately, patients avoid the hassle of broken, loose, or uncomfortable temporary crowns.
Comfortable Digital Impressions
Instead of messy, gag-inducing putty, a small, fast, and precise digital wand captures 3D images of the teeth.
High Precision and Fit
The CAD/CAM (computer-aided design/manufacturing) technology provides a highly accurate, custom-fitted restoration that mimics the natural shape and color of teeth.
Reduced Anesthesia
Often, only one, shorter, and less invasive session of local anesthetic is needed.
Durable and Aesthetic Materials
Using strong, metal-free, high-grade ceramic materials, the restorations are both durable and natural-looking.

Important Considerations:
- Cost: CEREC crowns may be more expensive than traditional lab-made crowns in some cases.
- Suitability: While excellent for single crowns, complex cases or multiple-unit bridges might still require traditional, lab-fabricated restorations.
Long-Term Results:
CEREC restorations are designed to last, with studies showing they can remain in place for 10–15 years or more with proper care, similar to traditional laboratory
