February 2021: Tips, eNews & More!

February is the month for love and with popular holidays like Valentine's Day and Family Day quickly approaching, it is important to check-in with those who you love. With the darker and colder days compounded with the pandemic, it can be very difficult to cope with everyday activities. Spend quality time with family members and connect with friends to spread love and support during this cold and unprecedented season.

Another area that you should pay extra attention to during this season is your oral health. Wearing masks for a long period of time can actually cause unwanted oral side effects that can affect your oral health if not treated. In this month's article, we discuss how wearing a mask can impact your oral health and provide tips on how to prevent unwanted side effects.

We look forward to continuing to take care of your smile and providing quality and educational services so you can maintain your oral health better.
